Fees are based on time spent during an appointment. That time can include any of the services the practitioner offers, either upon request or at the practitioner’s recommendation.

To provide our clients with the highest level of care without the constraints of insurance providers, we operate as a private pay practice. We do not accept or work with the insurance company directly.

We are considered as ‘’out-of-network’ providers by all insurance companies.

You may submit Superbills to your insurance company. We can provide those to you at time of service. Please ask at your visit.

You are welcome to use HSA or FSA cards for services.

Payment is due at the time of service.
NEW PATIENT APPOINTMENT
90 Minutes – $350
FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENTS for infant – adult
Length is determined by your practitioner based on your anticipated needs
$100 – $170
CONSULTATION VISIT (2 Practitioners)
A fellow practitioner will consult during your regular follow up visit with your practitioner
$200
Additional Appointment Types / Communication
Phone/Zoom Consults – billed at the same rates listed above
Email/Text Communications – charged in $30/15 minute increments
(requiring more than 5 minutes to collect information/research to provide an appropriate answer)
